30-day returns

Return any unworn anklet within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging, for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

How to return

• Email navoriq8@gmail.com with your order number to receive return instructions.
• Post the parcel to NAVORIQ LLC, 6423 Fredrick Rd Ste 200, Catonsville, MD 21228, United States.
• Keep your proof of postage — returns remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of inspection. Your bank may take a further 3–10 days to post the funds.

Exchanges

Need a different length or finish? We will send the replacement as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier, at no extra shipping cost within the US.

Non-returnable items

• Engraved and personalized anklets, unless faulty.
• Items showing wear, scratching or chemical damage.
• Gift cards.

Faulty items and warranty

Every anklet carries a one-year craftsmanship warranty. If a clasp, link or setting fails in normal wear, send us a photo and we will repair or replace it free of charge.
