By browsing or purchasing from this website you agree to these terms with NAVORIQ LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where an item is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order by our payment provider.

Personalized items

Engraved and personalized anklets are made to your specification and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please check spelling carefully before ordering.

Warranty

We warrant each piece against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. The warranty excludes ordinary wear, tarnish caused by chemicals or cosmetics, loss and accidental damage.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography, text and marks on this site belong to NAVORIQ LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, and disputes are subject to its courts.
