Processing

In-stock anklets are dispatched within two business days. Engraved pieces take three to five business days to make before dispatch.

Domestic rates (United States)

• Standard (3–5 business days): $6.95, free on orders over $75.
• Express (1–2 business days): $14.95.

International

We ship to most countries at a flat $19.95, typically arriving in 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email, and you can follow progress on our order tracking page at any time.

Delays, damage and loss

Carrier delays, weather and customs inspections are outside our control. If a parcel is marked delivered but missing, contact navoriq8@gmail.com within seven days and we will open a carrier claim and make it right.

Address accuracy

Please check your address at checkout. We can amend an address before dispatch; after dispatch a re-delivery fee may apply.
